FamilyWize Prescription Drug Savings Program

United Way distributes free FamilyWize Prescription Drug Discount Cards. The FamilyWize cards are prescription drug discount cards. They reduce the cost of medicine by an average of 35% or $20 per prescription. The FamilyWize cards are not insurance, nor is it intended to replace insurance.

These cards can be used by everyone in the community, not just the people with no insurance. They can be used by people with health insurance, Medicaid or Medicare during deductible periods, for medications not covered by their plan and for people with Medicare Part D during "the doughnut hole".
