Undies Sundays

2018 'Undies Sundays' drive

October 7 - October 21

We partner with local churches and businesses and encourage them to get involved by asking church members and members of the community to donate new underwear, diapers, socks and personal care items for men, women, and children.

'Undies Sundays' Fact Sheet

MISSION:  The Community donates NEW underwear, socks, diapers, and personal care items. Items are distributed to families in the community who are in need.
The program was started in 2003.
Yearly over 20,000 items are donated.
The donations have a huge impact on the kids and adults that receive them.
Churches have always been the primary collection points, hence the name "Undies Sundays".
Undies Sundays runs the first three Sundays in October.
The clothing items will be distributed to the agencies that operate shelters, CVIC, Salvation Army and St. Joseph's Social Care & Thrift Store.
Diapers and personal care items will also go to area food shelves because food stamps cannot purchase diapers or non-food items.
